Capacitación y certificación como salvavidas. El Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (Sena) dentro de su oferta educativa o cualquier otra entidad pública o privada que realice instrucción o capacitación integral teórico-práctica, que determine competencias laborales para una óptima labor como salvavidas, podrán capacitar y certificar como salvavidas.
