Si hai diferentes deudas, puede el deudor imputar el pago a la que elija; pero sin el consentimiento del acreedor no podrá preferir la deuda no devengada a la que lo está; i si el deudor no imputa el pago de ninguna en particular, el acreedor podrá hacer la imputación en la carta de pago; i si el deudor lo acepta, no le será lícito reclamar después.
