Si el concepto del Comité Técnico fuere favorable a la concesión de la licencia, el Jefe de la Oficina de Control de Drogas y Productos Biológicos por conducto de un Abogado Asesor de la misma producirá la correspondiente resolución, cuya notificación se hará personalmente o por edicto. El Original de la Resolución se entregará al interesado previa comprobación del pago de los derechos de timbre y de publicaciones en el Diario Oficial.
