Para la dotación y sostenimiento del "Instituto Manuel Murillo Toro" y para costear en el hasta veinte (20) becas para alumnos internos, destinados a jóvenes comprobadamente pobres y capaces de aprovecharlas, destinase la suma de doce mil pesos ($12.000.oo) anuales, que se incluirán en el Presupuesto de gastos de cada vigencia.
