° La comisión estará integrada por tres abogados y un comerciante, escogidos de conformidad con los requisitos de la Ley 73 de 1935, con asignación mensual de trescientos pesos ($ 300) cada uno, tendrá a su servicio un Secretario y un Mecanógrafo con asignaciones mensuales de ciento cincuenta y de setenta pesos, respectivamente, y dispondrá de una suma mensual de ochenta pesos para gastos de escritorio.
