Artículo octavo. A quienes tengan derecho causado o hayan disfrutado de la sustitución pensional prevista en la Ley 171 de 1961 , Decreto-ley 3135 de 1968 y del Decreto-ley 434 de 1971, tendrán derecho a disfrutar de la sustitución pensional conforme a lo previsto en la Ley 33 de 1973 y de la Ley 12 de 1975 .
