Patrimonio. El patrimonio de la Escuela está constituido por

a)

Las partidas que le sean asignadas dentro de los presupuestos nacional, departamental, distrital o municipal;

b)

Los aportes de la Ley 21 de 1982;

c)

Los bienes muebles e inmuebles que actualmente posee y los que adquiera posteriormente, así como sus frutos y rendimientos;

d)

Los ingresos que perciba por concepto de matriculas y demás derechos académicos y venta de servicios;

e)

Los bienes que como persona jurídica adquiera a cualquier título. CAPITULO V. Organización interna y planta de personal
