Articulo 12 . Tres meses de alta. El soldado profesional con derecho a pensión, continuará dado de alta en la respectiva contaduría por tres (3) meses a partir de la fecha del retiro para la formación del correspondiente expediente de prestaciones sociales. Durante dicho lapso devengará la totalidad de los haberes correspondientes a su cargo. Este tiempo no se computa como de servicio.
