Teniendo en cuenta que el tratamiento o procedimiento médico puede comportar efectos adversos de carácter imprevisible, el médico no será responsable por riesgos, reacciones o resultados desfavorables, inmediatos o tardíos de imposible o difícil previsión dentro del campo de la practica médica al prescribir o efectuar un tratamiento o procedimiento médico.
