El Instituto para el Desarrollo de la Democracia “Luis Carlos Galán” en liquidación, no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto y conservará su capacidad jurídica, únicamente, para expedir los actos, celebrar los contratos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para su liquidación.
