Para efecto del cómputo de los votos, los jurados sólo tendrán en cuenta los que permitan identificar claramente la voluntad del votante. Por lo tanto, los votos que contengan el nombre de más de un candidato o aquellos en los cuales aparezca ilegible, no serán computados.
