º. Modifícase el artículo 2.7.1.1.4. del Decreto 1066 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo del Interior, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.7.1.1.4. Gastos operativos. El Fonsecón podrá destinar recursos a gastos operativos, logísticos y de administración, que sean estrictamente necesarios y estén directamente relacionados para evaluación, aprobación y seguimiento de los programas y proyectos. En ningún caso, estos gastos podrán superar el 3% del Plan Anual de Inversiones de que trata el numeral 3 del artículo 2.7.1.1.6”.
