La liquidación de cesantías de los empleados del Instituto se regirá por las normas del Decreto 3118 de 1968. Sin embargo, el Instituto podrá liquidar directamente las cesantías de los trabajadores ocasionales o transitorios de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes.
