Dentro de la zona de terreno delimitado en el artículo primero del presente Acuerdo, el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, entrará a legalizar la tenencia de la tierra de las 117 familias que la han ocupado durante más de 7 años. En las respectivas resoluciones de adjudicación deberán incluirse las obligaciones a las cuales se harán acreedores los adjudicatarios para la protección de los recursos naturales renovables del área y el adecuado uso del suelo, de conformidad con lo que al respecto indique la CVC.
