º Los recibos que los Recaudadores del impuesto de sucesiones y donaciones expidan a los particulares, así como los comprobantes de entrega que éstos deben autorizar conforme al artículo 7º de este Decreto, no serán admisibles por el público ni por la Corte de Cuentas, si no se extienden en los esqueletos enviados con tal fin por la Dirección General de Lazaretos.
