La competencia a que se refieren los incisos 5° del artículo 3° y 4° del artículo 5° de la Ley 62 de 1928 , se acreditará por el examen que el interesado presente en cualquiera de las Facultades de Derecho nacionales o departamentales, o bien en las particulares con personería jurídica que funcionen en Bogotá.
