Entre los caminos y carreteras de la Intendencia del Chocó de que trata el Artículo 3° de la Ley 3° de 1927, se dará preferencia a la carretera Cartago-Nóvita-Quibdó, la que se unirá con el puente de Anacaro, sobre el río Cauca, puente que se aprovechará para dicha vía.
