ARTICULO 10 . Adóptanse como legislación permanente las siguientes disposiciones del Decreto legislativo 1895 de 1989: Artículo 1º. El que de manera directa o por interpuesta persona obtenga para sí o para otro incremento patrimonial no justificado, derivado, en una u otra forma, de actividades delictivas, incurrirá, por ese solo hecho, en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años y multa equivalente al valor del incremento ilícito logrado.
