Decreto 1172 de 1989 · Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Título IX de la Ley 09 de 1979, en cuanto a la obtención, preservación, almacenamiento, transporte, destino y disposición final de órganos o componentes anatómicos y los procedimientos para trasplantes de los mismos en seres humanos, así como la Ley 73 de 1988

Además de las funciones que le señale el Ministerio de Salud, los Comités de Trasplantes tendrán las siguientes

Determinar el personal que compone los diferentes equipos científicos de trasplantes e informar sobre su idoneidad profesional al Ministerio de Salud cuando éste lo solicite;

Hacer un seguimiento adecuado de los trasplantes realizados;

Darse su propio reglamento;

Las demás que le correspondan de acuerdo con el presente Decreto. TITULO IV. DE LOS BANCOS DE ÓRGANOS, SU CLASIFICACIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO. CAPITULO I. DE LA CLASIFICACIÓN, Y REQUESITOS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS BANCOS DE ÓRGANOS.
