Modifícase el primer considerando del Decreto 012 del 4 de enero de 2008, el cual quedará así: "Que el Presidente de la República se trasladará entre los días 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 y 25 de enero del presente año, a las ciudades de París (Francia), con elfin de entrevistarse con el Presidente de Francia Nicolás Sarkozy; Bruselas (Bélgica) para asistir a un evento con la Unión Europea; Madrid (España) con el fin de realizar una reunión de trabajo con el doctor José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Presidente del Gobierno Español y a Davos (Suiza), para asistir al Foro Económico Mundial".
