º. Adscripción y organización. La Comisión Nacional para la Moralización, presidida por el Presidente de la República, es un organismo adscrito a la Presidencia de la República y estará organizada así: SUBCOMISIONES

Subcomisión Institucional;

Subcomisión Ciudadana.

Parágrafo

Las dos Subcomisiones sesionarán por separado en forma ordinaria, de manera conjunta, y extraordinaria, cuando así las convoque el Presidente de la República.
