En el Presupuesto de Rentas y Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia se incluirá la partida necesaria para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley; y, en caso de no hacerse, queda autorizado el Gobierno para verificar los traslados o abrir los créditos que fueren necesarios.
