Las redes que requieran las cadenas radiales para enlazar la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora. recibirán el tratamiento de redes privadas de telecomunicaciones y, como tales, no requerirán autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones sin perjuicio de las normas previstas para la utilización del espectro radioeléctrico y las rampas ascendentes y descendentes de los servicios satelitales, que se rigen de conformidad con las normas que regulan la materia.
