El control administrativo de la ejecución presupuestal será ejercido por el Gerente General y los Gerentes de los terminales, quienes velarán además porque la ejecución de los planes y programas del mismo se adelante conforme a las disposiciones previstas en la ley, decretos reglamentarios, los presentes estatutos y las disposiciones posteriores de la Junta Directiva Nacional y las Juntas Directivas de los terminales.
