RESERVAS DE OFICIALES Y SUBOFICIALES. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales retirados temporalmente del servicio activo de la Policía Nacional, mientras no hayan cumplido sesenta y cinco (65) y cincuenta y cinco (55) años respectivamente y reúnan las condiciones de aptitud sicofísica requeridas, se consideran como reserva de las Fuerzas Militares, conforme a reglamentación que para el efecto expida el Gobierno.
