Conflicto de interés con posterioridad a la designación . En caso de que acaezca un posible conflicto de interés con posterioridad a la designación del auxiliar de la justicia como liquidador, promotor o agente interventor, este pondrá en conocimiento del juez del concurso o del funcionario a cargo de la intervención dicha circunstancia de manera inmediata y le suministrará toda la información que fuere relevante, idónea y suficiente para que adopte la decisión que estime pertinente.
