° Aclárase el artículo 1° del Decreto número 1564 de fecha 18 de septiembre de 1992, en el sentido de que la doctora Noemí Sanín de Rubio, Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores, se trasladara por el termino de 10 días a partir del 16 de octubre de 1992 únicamente a la cuidad de Tokio, Japón, en visita oficial, y no como en la citada disposición aparece.
