ARTICULO 253 . Libertad probatoria . Los elementos constitutivos del hecho punible, la responsabilidad del imputado y la naturaleza y cuantía de los perjuicios, podrán demostrarse con cualquier medio probatorio, a menos que la ley exija prueba especial y respetando siempre los derechos fundamentales.
