Las becas a que se refieren los artículos 3º. 4º. y 5º., se pagarán a razón de sesenta pesos (60.00) mensuales, cada una, y destinase la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) anuales, para su sostenimiento, los que serán girados por el Gobierno Nacional a dichos establecimientos, en proporción al número de becas que cada uno conceda.
