Créanse en los aeropuertos del país grupos m-temes de trabajo encargado de cumplir a nivel regional, las instrucciones impartidas por el Comando Conjunto de Vigilancia. El Jefe del Departamento, mediante resolución, determinará la integración de los grupos teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y características de cada aeropuerto. En la integración deberá preverse la presencia de las autoridades civiles y militares de la localidad.
