Articulo 39 . Cuando se compren o importen a crédito bienes constitutivos de activos fijos, cuyo pago deba hacerse en moneda extranjera, los ajustes se harán en la cuenta de maquinaria y equipo, como costos adicionales de los mismos para efectos de balance y depreciación. En la misma forma se procederá cuando existan deudas contraídas en divisas extranjeras para la adquisición de activos fijos con personas distintas del prestamista.
