º . Extranjeros. Además del cumplimiento de los requisitos de que trata el artículo anterior, las personas naturales o jurídicas extranjeras que pretendan adelantar actividades de investigación científica en diversidad biológica en el territorio colombiano, deberán presentar a consideración de la autoridad ambiental competente el nombre y hoja de vida de uno o más coinvestigadores colombianos para que participen en la respectiva investigación o contribuyan en el seguimiento y evaluación de la misma.
