° Los gastos correspondientes a viáticos, transportes y demás que exija el funcionamiento del Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano, serán acordados por el Consejo Directivo, y se sujetarán a los reglamentos y fiscalización especiales que determinará la Contraloría General de la República, habida consideración de la naturaleza de los servicios que presta la institución.
