° Los funcionarios de Policía Judicial, adscritos la unidad investigativa y los demás que hacen parte del grupo especializado para la investigación de los delitos de que tratan la Ley 2ª de 1984, devengarán los sueldos corresponden al respectivo grado y se regirán en lo referente a viáticos y demás prestaciones por las normas vigentes para los funcionarios de la Procuraduría General de la Nación.
