Contenido de la ponencia. El ponente del respectivo proyecto deberá consignar la totalidad de las propuestas o modificaciones planteadas, que considere importantes y las razones para su aceptación o rechazo, siempre que las observaciones se hayan efectuado a más tardar tres (3) días antes de la presentación del informe con entrega personal de las exposiciones.
