Art. 2.° A fin de que tenga lugar en la fecha fijada la instalacion de la Junta Directiva, el Secretario de Hacienda i Fomento escitará a las Juntas comerciales de Bogotá, Barranquilla i Medellin, para que hagan en oportunidad los nombramientos que les atribuye el artículo 1.° de dicha lei.
