°. Ambito de aplicación y objetivo. El presente decreto aplica a los municipios con más de 100.000 habitantes según la información certificada por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, que cumplan con los requisitos de capacidad técnica, administrativa y financiera para asumir la administración del servicio educativo, de conformidad con la ley.
