Articulo 41. La Junta Directiva determinara las condiciones a que deban sujetarse las cedulas y los bonos, lo mismo que las tasas de interés y forma de amortización. Las cedulas que emita la Caja gozaran de los privilegios y ventajas que les otorgue la ley; los bonos agrarios, industriales y mineros gozaran de las mismas condiciones y privilegios concedidos por leyes especiales a las cedulas del Banco Central Hipotecario.
