Los permisos que se concenda de conformidad con el presente Decreto, facultan para ejercer únicamente en el Municipio o Corregimiento de la vencidad del actual interesado o en las poblaciones en donde no existan dentistas o farmacéuticos titulados. En este caso, el interesado debe citar previamente en su memorial la población en donde desee ejercer su profesión, acreditando, mediante un certificado de la autoridad sanitaria correspondiente, que allí no existe dentista o farmacéutico titulado.
