Modificase el parágrafo del artículo noveno del Decreto número 2916 de 1952, en el sentido de que toda compañía o solista que actué en el Teatro Colon, a partir del primero de enero de 1957, deberá pagar al Fondo Rotatorio del mismo Teatro, como único canon de arrendamiento, el 15% de la entrada bruta de cada función.
