ARTICULO 18. LA PRESTACION DE SERVICIOS TELEMATICOS Y DE VALOR AGREGADO POR OPERADORES DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. Los concesionarios del servicio de telefonía móvil celular sólo podrán prestar servicios telemáticos y/o de valor agregado previa autorización del Ministerio de Comunicaciones para lo cual deberán cumplir todos los requisitos que para la prestación de ese tipo de servicios establezcan las normas vigentes.
