En la forma anterior, quedan sustituidos los Artículos de la Codificación Constitucional a que se refiere el presente Acto Legislativo, y además, modificados los Artículos 2º del Plebiscito de 1º de diciembre de 1957 y 6º del Acto Legislativo número 1 de 1959, y derogados los Artículos 3º, 4º y 8º del Plebiscito de 1º de diciembre de 1957 y los Actos Legislativos 3 y 4 de 1959 y 1 de 1960.
