° El Director tendrá los siguientes deberes y atribuciones: 1.° Asistir diariamente al Conservatorio y mantener su disciplina; 2.° Fijar, al principio de cada año escolar, la distribución del tiempo para las clases y demás actos del Conservatorio; 3.° Convocar el Consejo Directivo cuando lo juzgue necesario; 4.° Informar mensualmente al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública sobre la marcha del establecimiento.
