Las mercancías procedentes de las Zonas Francas Industriales y Comerciales del país y siempre que sean originarias de Venezuela con destino a la exhibición en el certamen, en caso de no ser declaradas para consumo deben necesariamente regresar a la Zona Franca de donde provienen o a la Zona Franca de Cúcuta.
