Los consumidores financieros podrán apoyarse en grupos u otras organizaciones de consumidores para la defensa de sus derechos de conformidad con la legislación vigente para tales efectos.

Parágrafo

Los principios que contiene este artículo se aplicarán en todas las relaciones que se establezcan entre los consumidores financieros y las entidades vigiladas, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones contenidas en otras normas, siempre que no pugnen con los aquí contemplados.
