Artículo cuarto. Las facultades y atribuciones de que venían haciendo uso, en el nivel Regional, los Grupos de Revisoría de Contabilidades de las Administraciones de Impuestos Nacionales de Bogotá. Barranquilla, Cali, y Medellín, serán ejercidas, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, desde el nivel Central, por la Sección de Revisoría de Contabilidades de la Sub-División de Investigación Tributaria de la División de Impuestos Nacionales.
