Anticipo de haberes o viáticos por comisión al exterior . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de Policía Nacional que sean destinados en comisión al exterior por mas de treinta (30) días, tendrán derecho al anticipo de un mes de sus haberes. Cuando la comisión sea por un lapso inferior a treinta (30) días, el anticipo se hará por los haberes correspondientes al tiempo de la comisión o los viáticos, según el caso. CAPITULO II. .
