El inversionista extranjero podrá vender internamente sus acciones o cuotas y girar en moneda libremente convertible las sumas que reciba en la operación, previo el pago de los impuestos correspondientes. Exceptúanse del derecho de giro las sumas que reciba el inversionista extranjero cuando la sociedad receptora readquiera sus acciones.
