al artículo 9° del Decreto 2637 de 2012, así: “

Parágrafo

En el evento que la autoridad competente evidencie que quien comercialice minerales, no se encuentre inscrito en el Rucom de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto 2637 de 2012, modificado y adicionado por el Decreto 0705 de 2013, deberá remitir la información correspondiente a la Autoridad Minera, con el fin de identificarlos y adoptar las medidas correspondientes de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto”.
