Etapas. El marco para la atención humanitaria al confinamiento tendrá las siguientes etapas:

1.

Prevención urgente.

2.

Identificación y verificación de ocurrencia del confinamiento.

3.

Coordinación para la atención inmediata del confinamiento.

4.

Entrega de ayuda humanitaria inmediata o de intervención directa.

5.

Registro y valoración de la solicitud de inscripción en el Registro Único de Víc­timas.

6.

Atención y asistencia, posterior a la inclusión en el Registro Único de Víctimas.

7.

Evaluación de las acciones en el marco del confinamiento.
